any customer. No hardware, no servers, no software installations. The only precondition is access to internet. The system runs over an encrypted line. All traffic is then handled as secure information. InCaseIT encrypts all person objects with a 2048bits RSA encryption to safeguard that no person data can be retrieved from the database without a) correct login (including use of a one-time password), b) correct permissions and c) a valid role.
Passwords are one time generated passwords sent from the system to valid a user ID’s mobile telephone and personal email. As additional safety the use of a static password can be required by the customer. All passwords are encrypted with a one way 2048 bits key. This prevents unwanted attempts to fish out a person’s RSA key.
INCASEIT communicates with the team in 4 channels globally:
- SMS to mobile phones. Multiple replies accepted in free text .
- Text to voice. Auto converted text to chosen language. Communicated as voice to any telephone. Single response with phone keys 1-9.
- Multiple replies accepted in free text.
- Push_message to all enabled mobile phones
INCASEIT needs a login verification code to be accessed from the web. This is sent by the system itself to the user’s primary mobile phone as a SMS. Only persons already stored in the system with necessary details can log into INCASEIT. If you have no access details or have forgotten your username, changed your mobile phone or email: Contact your “Emergency Response Manager”.
