Early Warning Release Note
Pilotech will release a new version of InCaseIT between October 27th to 28th 2018.

Expected downtime: Less than 5 minutes where the system cannot be accessed
Release comment: If high system activity is detected, release will be postponed

This release covers system improvements, enhanced user experience and corrections to reported error and problems.
Release Note for InCaseIT Pro (app) will become available via Google Play and App Store.
Change of task color change threshold:
The yellow color of the task icon has always come on when the task due time is less than 24h. This has resulted in that most of the tasks displayed has been seen as yellow (81 % of all tasks is set < 1h, 98% of tasks <24h). To make the signal more meaningful, this threshold has been set to 1h. The new behaviour will show the color as grey until 1h before the task is due. For the customers using the "task duration" time field together with the Gantt view, the yellow color will come on at 2* the duration of the task.
This change comes as a result of customer feedback and will improve the signaling of urgency.
This release also includes a set of new features as of below:
Involve external resources
You can now plan or activate tasks where external persons can contribute. This without including them in the response team. The externals can then comment, add tekst and set the task as started. This dialog is visible in InCaseIT and all interactions are logged as other activities in the incident.
