This release covers system improvements, new features, enhanced user experience and corrections to reported error and problems.
InCaseIT has this November undergone a quality audit including a Penetration test by BDO Cybersecurity. Findings are corrected in this release and the report are available to customer representatives at Pilotech Headquarters upon request.
Release Note for InCaseIT Pro (app) will become available via Google Play and App Store.
This release includes a set of new features as described below:
Task management to include externals outside your crisis organisation (option)
Involve other parties outside your crisis organisation with a completely new type of tasks. You can ask externals to participate in task handling by sending the task directly to his PC/Smartphone.
Messages text/voice to externals (option)
Send messages/voice to persons outside your crisis organisation (only entering email/phone number).
Integrate InCaseIT to other systems (option)
A new API to create a new incident from external systems
