Pilotech will release a new version of InCaseIT between February 23rd to 24th 2019.
Comments to Release
This release covers system improvements, new features, enhanced user experience and corrections to reported error and problems.
Release Note for InCaseIT Pro (app) will become available via Google Play and App Store.
Automatic report when an Agenda has been completed
Ie. when a meeting agenda has been finished and all agenda points are closed/finished, the system will autogenerate a pdf report with all the details and all agenda points and store this within the incident as a file. The report is then ready to be sent as an attachment via mail directly from InCaseIT.
Exclude url strings from text when using voice channel
If a message has a link or url ie. to a Skype/Teams conference call included in the message text, this link is suppressed when read up as a voice message.
The user name and ID is added to each message sent automatically
This "signs" each message making it more personal.
Security updates after quality audit
Stronger security on personal notes
Message channels to have a "none message channel" checkbox in "scenariodetailsview"
Block user from removing last role in inc or template
Insert added scenario in internal status when adding a scenario
Option to set default ordering on status and due time to be more important than priority
Filter on priority in task filter
UTC locked time to be indicated (some tasks can be set to UTC times and not local times)
Permission to create new status also gives access to scenario button in incident mode (avoid the requirement to be Admin to add a scenario)
External trigger of incidents improved (i.e. create new incident by pushing a manual fire button)
Multiple minor updates to customer's synchronisation logic
For further information regarding the above features, please contact your Account Manager or visit our Help Center at http://support.incaseit.net/
Requirement to update the mobile apps
Please be noted that Pilotech from this release on, will inform all users with ADMIN permissions of the release information and the necessity to keep the mobile apps updated. This comes as a consequence of feedback from users that have opted to turn off the automatic updating routine offered by Apple Appstore and Google Play. The result has shown erroneous behaviour of the InCaseIT apps that were many generations old.
